Congratulations to Yanpeng high-speed non-woven fabric production line (600m / min) - 3.2SSMMS spunbond meltblown composite non-woven fabric production line officially started and put into production in Changzhou,China.

This equipment(SSMMS) is used for polypropylene fiber spinning web, hot rolling and strengthening nonwoven fabric production. The melt hot-rolled PP nonwovens with different colors, properties and applications are produced with polypropylene fiber as the main raw material, supplemented with color masterbatch, antioxidant, anti pilling, flame retardant and other functional additives. The production line can not only produce two-layer S-S polypropylene spunbond non-woven products, but also produce three-layer S-M-S, four-layer S-M-M-S and five-layer S-M-M-M-S spinning and melting composite nonwoven products.

SSMMS nonwoven production line needs two kinds of polypropylene raw materials:
1.PP Chips(raw material) requirements：Melt index of spunbond chips：35～40g/10min;Melting point of spunbonded chips：166℃;Ash content of spunbond chips：＜250ppm
2.PP Chips(raw material) requirements：Melt index of melt blown chips：1200～1800±100g/10min;Ash content of melt blown chips：＜250ppm;Moisture content of melt blown chips：＜0.2 %
 Standard output of SSMMS finished fabric: 10000 tons (for finished fabric with 20 g / m2 or more, 8000 hours per year, spunbonded single fiber size is about 1.8 Dan, and melt blown addition is calculated as 20%). SSMMS finished fabric specification：10～70g/m2.SSMMS non-woven fabric is mainly used for disposable medical and health products such as adult diapers, baby diapers, sanitary napkins, surgical clothing, surgical caps, and surgical hole towels.
