2. Quality standard requirements of medical non-woven fabric: the medical non-woven fabric used for sterilization of final packaging materials of medical devices should meet the requirements of GB / t19633 and YY / t0698.2 at the same time.

3. Non woven fabric is the period of validity: the period of validity of medical non-woven fabric itself is generally 2-3 years. The period of validity of products from different manufacturers is slightly different. Please refer to the instructions. The period of validity of sterile articles packed with medical non-woven fabric should be 180 days, and it is not affected by sterilization methods.

4. 50g / m2 plus or minus 5g is suitable for non-woven fabric used for sterilization packaging.

5. When the medical non-woven cloth is used to package the surgical instruments, the closed packaging method should be adopted. The two-layer non-woven cloth should be packed twice. Repeated folding can form a long bending path to prevent microorganisms from entering the sterilization package easily. The two-layer non-woven cloth can not be packed once.

6. Medical nonwoven fabric is sterilized at high temperature, and its internal results will change, which will affect the penetration and bacteria resistance of sterilization medium. Therefore, medical nonwoven fabric shall not be used repeatedly.

7. Due to the hydrophobic property of non-woven fabric, excessive and heavy metal instruments are sterilized at high temperature, condensation water is formed in the cooling process, which is easy to cause wet package. Therefore, in order to avoid wet package as much as possible, water absorbing material should be padded in the large instrument package, the loading capacity of sterilizer should be reduced appropriately, the space between sterilization packages should be left, and the drying time should be extended appropriately.

8. Hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma should choose "teweiqiang" non-woven fabric, can not use medical non-woven fabric containing plant fiber, because plant fiber will absorb hydrogen peroxide.

9. Although medical nonwoven fabric is not a medical device, it is related to the sterilization quality of medical devices. As a packaging material, the quality of medical non-woven fabric and packaging method are very important to ensure the aseptic level.

10. Refer to the inspection report and batch test report provided by the manufacturer, and check and accept the physical and chemical properties of medical non-woven fabric to ensure the quality of products.For the management of medical non-woven fabric, the manufacturer is responsible for the production quality of medical non-woven fabric, the hospital equipment department and infection office are responsible for the qualification audit and quality acceptance of products, and the personnel in the supply room are responsible for the packaging quality of sterilized articles.
