lTechnical status of public works

1. Power supply

There is sufficient (about 100kW, only for construction) power supply on the construction site, which can provide three-phase (380V) and single-phase (220V) power, and meet the requirements of safe power consumption; The construction progress of the power supply and distribution system must be synchronized with the installation progress of the main equipment of the production line to ensure sufficient power supply capacity for equipment commissioning.

2. Water supply

There shall be sufficient domestic (or production) water supply on site, and the water pressure is required to be greater than or equal to 0.2MPa.

3. Compressed air

There shall be compressed air supply on site or temporary mobile air supply equipment with an air supply capacity of about 1m3 / min, which is mainly used to provide compressed air for purging and painting of pneumatic tools and equipment. The construction and installation progress of the air compressor station shall adapt to the equipment installation progress to ensure the gas consumption for equipment commissioning.

4. Heating or heating

For some indoor installation items to be constructed in cold season, it is required to configure basic indoor heating system to meet the equipment installation requirements and improve the construction environment. The construction progress of the heating system shall be compatible with the installation progress of the main equipment.

5. Fire fighting and security system

There shall be fire-fighting system or fire-fighting equipment available for effective use on site, and security and anti-theft measures have been put in place.

l Manufacturing progress and delivery of main equipment

The manufacturing progress of the main equipment shall meet the requirements of the contract and shall be transported to the installation site successively according to the installation procedures of the equipment. Due to the site constraints, the equipment can be delivered by stages. However, the delivery date of key equipment, main equipment and basic equipment must be determined.

l Inspection or verification of manufacturing progress of purchased equipment

Field investigation or verification shall be conducted for important purchased equipment and non-standard equipment manufactured by outsourcing to confirm their progress and progress requirements.

l Arrival of equipment

All major equipment to be installed has arrived or delivered as scheduled; Some self-made equipment has been completed and accepted; The imported equipment required by the production line has been shipped and arrived as planned, the customs formalities have been completed, and the equipment can be inspected and released on time.

l Preparation of tools, equipment and materials

Various tools, equipment and materials used in the installation process have been prepared or supply channels have been established to ensure synchronous supply according to the project progress.
