1. 2022 Device Debugging
After confirming the installation quality of the equipment by our technicians, the YP-2.6S equipment and system of South American customers have been inspected and meet the installation technical requirements. At the same time, the control software has been installed in the notification system of the production line, and all the equipment is ready to be "power on".
Besides, we also confirmed online that the fire-fighting equipment and safety system can work properly.
Production line equipment debugging includes single machine no-load debugging, full line no-load debugging, film extrusion test, feeding extrusion test, spinning test, trial production of products and other main procedures.

2. Material Feeding Test-- preparation for spinning
After the film extrusion test, it is necessary to install the spinning component for the extrusion test. So it takes a long time to clean, assemble and preheat the spinning components. Therefore, it is separated from the film extrusion test. The extrusion test is mainly to evaluate the uniformity of melt distribution in the spinning box and the quality of spinneret by observing the uniformity of filament, and check the working state of spinning pump, sealing of melt pipe, pressure resistance of spinning box under working pressure and so on.

3. Win-win Cooperation
Engineers from South American customers actively shared some problems in the debugging process, and carried out spinning tests and trial production of products. Among them, the difference between trial production products and spinning test is that spinning test focuses on spinning uniformity. In addition to checking the function of control system, trial production focuses on nonwoven products.
