1.Brief Introduction: Polyester(PET) spunbond non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, shaping by countless continuous polyester filament. High temperature resistance up to 290℃, commonly used for sublimation thermal transfer printing, cable coating, etc.
Polyester (PET) spunbond non-woven fabric is made of 100% polyester chips, which is waterproof, high temperature resistant, anti-gamma ray, anti-static, non-toxic, non-irritating, and recyclable. The melting point of polyester is around 230°C, which can maintain the stability of the non-woven fabric's dimensions in an environment where temperature resistance is required. It has been widely used in heat transfer printing, transmission oil filtration, and some composite materials that require high temperature resistance.
2.Product Features:
(1)Waterproof. According to the weight of the different, polyester spun-bonded non-woven fabric water repellent performance is different. The greater the weight, the thicker, the better the water-repellent performance, water droplets will slide directly from the surface.
(2) High temperature resistance. Because the melting point of polyester is about 260°C, it can keep the stability of the shape of non-woven fabric under the environment of temperature resistance. It has been widely used in heat transfer printing, transmission oil filtration, and some need to withstand high temperature composite material.
(3) Strength resistance, good air permeability, tear resistance and anti-aging performance. They more and more are used in various fields. It has become the world cable industry conventional coating material. It is second only to nylon spun-bonded non-woven fabric.
(4)Anti-gamma ray. Applied to medical products can be directly sterilized with gamma rays without destroying the physical properties and dimensional stability, which is the physical properties of polypropylene (PP) spunbond non-woven fabric.
3.Product Applications:
(1)Garment home textile: lining, wadding, all kinds of synthetic leather bottom cloth and shaping cotton, calendar, office file hanging bag, curtain, dust cover, storage bag, etc.
(2)Packaging application: cable cloth, bag materials, container bags, composite cement bags, packaging materials, desiccant, adsorbent packaging materials, etc.
(3)Home decoration: wall stickers, floor leather base cloth, flocking base cloth, bed sheets, bedspreads, tablecloths, etc.
(4)Agricultural application: vegetables, melons and fruits harvest cloth, crops and plant protective cover, soil insulation cloth, greenhouse curtain, weed protection belt, fruit bags, etc.
(5)Waterproof filter: SBS, APP and other high-end breathable (wet) waterproof material base cloth, transmission oil filter, soft foundation treatment drainage board filter film, housing covering cloth, gasket materials, geotextiles, etc.
(6)Industrial applications: filter material, insulation material, reinforcement material, support material, composite film base cloth;
(7)Health care: baby and adult diapers, sanitary napkins, gaskets and other disposable sanitary products, masks, surgical gowns, disinfection bags and other protective equipment;
(8)Car interior: car tufted carpet and other interior decoration materials.
