1.Definition:
Spunbonded non-woven fabric, also known as polypropylene spunbonded non-woven fabric. Polypropylene spunbonded non-woven fabric, is a new generation of environmental protection materials, with water-repellent, breathable, flexible, non-combustion-supporting, non-toxic, non-irritating, colorful and other characteristics. If the material is placed outdoors and decomposed naturally, its longest life is only 90 days, and it is decomposed indoors within 8 years. When burned, it is non-toxic, tasteless, and has no residual substances, thus it does not pollute the environment, so environmental protection comes from it.

PP Spunbond is a kind of non-woven fabric, which uses PP polypropylene as raw material, through high-temperature drawing polymerization into a net, and then uses hot rolling method to bond into a cloth. Because of the simple process, large output, non-toxic and harmless to human body. Therefore, it is widely used in medical and health materials, agricultural, industrial, packaging materials and other fields.

2.Polypropylene
Polypropylene (PP) is a kind of polymer commonly used in spinning mesh process. Its main property parameters are isometric, melting index (MFI) and ash content.
Net spinning process requires that the isotactic degree of polypropylene is above 95%, if it is lower than 90%, spinning is difficult. The structural formula of polypropylene is:

In the polymerization process, due to the different positions of methyl groups in solid space, three kinds of polymers can be produced.

5)Color: Normally according to the factory provided color cards, but also according to customer requirements to make special colors (Pantong cards can be made)
6)Minimum order quantity: 5 tons (black/white not less than 500 kg, other colors not less than 1 ton)
7)Patterns: Points/Sesame Points/Cross Patterns/Special Patterns.（Most of them are Point Patterns on the market, Sesame Points are mostly used for sanitary materials, Cross Patterns are used for shoes interlining、packaging, less one-word patterns .
8)Characteristics: It is a new generation of environmental protection materials, with moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light weight, non-combustion, easy decomposition, non-toxic and non-irritating, recyclable, soluble, waterproof, dust-proof, ultraviolet, rich color, low price, recyclable and reusable characteristics.

Spunbond non-woven fabric is mainly used for medical health materials, agricultural coverage, home textile & household products, packaging materials, shopping bags and other aspects. New products emerge in an endless stream and are widely used.
