1. What is RPET?
RPET fabric (Recycled PET Fabric), also known as Coke bottle environmental protection cloth, is a new type of green environmental protection fabric woven from Recycled bottle yarn. The low carbon of its source has created a new concept in the field of recycling.

2. The difference with traditional fabric is:

1) Can reduce the use of oil, each ton of finished yarn can save 6 tons of oil, reduce air pollution.
2) Through the SCS Environmental Protection authority certification, international recognition is higher.
3) In view of PVC containing chlorine (which is the main source of dioxin, and dioxin is a confirmed carcinogen) and various heavy metals and plasticizers that pollute the environment, PVC does not contain, and almost undetectable heavy metal content, specially replace PVC products. To be the supplier of the new generation of environmental protection materials (PE, TPE, EVA, PEVA).

3. RPET fabric weaving simple process:
Recycling of coke bottle → quality inspection and separation of Coke bottle → slicing of coke bottle → tapping, cooling and collecting silk → developing into (Recycled PET) yarn → woven into fabric RPET fabric classification:
According to yarn type: filament fabric, silk fabric and staple fiber fabric
According to weaving style: RPET Oxford fabric, RPET elastic fabric (light and thin), RPET filament fabric (light and thin), RPET peach fleece fabric, RPET Suede fabric, RPET chiffon fabric, RPET colored ding fabric, RPET polyester-cotton fabric, RPET canvas fabric, RPET Lixing fabric (non-woven fabric), RPET conductive fabric (anti-static), RPET jacquard fabric, RPET knitted fabric (sweat cloth), RPET mesh fabric (sandwich mesh fabric, beaded mesh fabric, bird's eye fabric), RPET flannelette fabric (coral fleece, Farai fleece, polar fleece, double-sided fleece, PV fleece, super soft fleece, comfortable cotton fleece) RPET fabric is widely used.

4. Product performance

5. Product Application
In recent years, the RPET fabric has been widely used as a material for environment-friendly shopping bags. Coated fabric weight is generally in 65-130 grams, printing fabric weight is generally in 130 grams -300 grams, screen printing, thermal transfer to do finished bags. The thickness and weight range of the material can be adjusted according to the different needs of customers.
1)Engineering building materials: roofing waterproof coating materials, industrial filter materials, etc.
2)Transportation vehicle interior materials: aircraft, automobile, ship seat cushion, interior materials: car roof, car carpet, trunk lining, etc.
3)Fabric for home textiles: environmental protection shopping bags, printed packaging, shoes, clothing fabrics, sofas, mattresses, carpets, curtains, furniture decorative cloth, wallpaper, etc. Fire retardant protective clothing, toy padded cotton: mainly used in the production of fire protection, petroleum, chemical and other industries fire retardant protective clothing, fire clothing.
