This jack from Zhejiang Yanpeng Nonwoven Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in the research and development of non-woven production lines.It located in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang.

We successfully launch the PLA/RPET non woven fabric production line in 2021.today we want to introduce our single S spunbond nonwoven fabric machine to you.

This a 3.2S nonwoven machine,which is suitable to make fabric for nonwoven shopping bags,shoes cover,tea bag,furniture cover and some other package products.If you are in package business and looking for a eco friendly material,then nonwoven fabric is a good option for you.

The machine is about 10 meter height and the platform has 3 floors.The capacity is 10 tons a day.

Now let me introduce you the working process of this machine.

Right now,we are in the third floor of the machine.

First is the feeding system including suction,dosing and mixing device,the PP granule is suctioned from the ground to the material hopper by the suction machine,then the extruder will melt the PP granule into PP meltbody and transfer it to the filter.

After filter is the metering pump,it can control the speed of the melt body flow to the spinning box.

The material will become PP filaments in the spinning box and coming down to the diffuser.

In the Quenching and drawing system ,we use the high speed wind the cool down filaments and draw them into a thinner fiber by one suction fan and one blowing fan.

From the stretching to diffuser The fibers will be collected by the web former on ground floor

See,this is the webformer.It can transfer the fiber form to the calendar,after the embossing by calendar,we wind the final nonwoven fabric on the winder.
