In the production of SSS equipment, it can be divided into the production of general products and the production of functional products.

General products refer to ordinary products that do not need to add other additives in the production process. When producing general products, one system can operate alone or multiple spinning systems can be used to operate. In order to improve the covering performance of products, whitening masterbatch is often added according to a certain proportion in the production of general products, or other additives are added to improve the hand feel, such as cooling masterbatch, softener, etc.

There are two methods to produce functional products: one is to add functional masterbatch into raw materials and blend silk; Second, use the finishing method to add functional additives to the product.

The operation procedure of the first method is exactly the same as that of producing colored products, but due to the addition of functional masterbatch in the melt, the flow characteristics of the melt will be affected and the spinning process will change. Pay attention to adjustment in the process to avoid affecting the production. The functional products produced by this process have long function retention, do not need to add equipment, easy operation and simple process.

The second process has no direct impact on the spinnability of the product. The SSS equipment in the figure uses the finishing method.

The distribution speed of this SSS equipment is very fast, up to 37T / day.
