The new plant spans a total construction area of 44,420 square meters across four floors. The first and second floors will house modernized production workshops, fully equipped with intelligent manufacturing equipment and operating under a strict 6S lean management system. This will significantly enhance the production capacity and consistency of high-end spunbond nonwoven fabric production lines. The third and fourth floors are designed as efficient collaborative office spaces, where core departments including R&D, sales, and administration will be centralized. This integration will streamline information flow, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, and provide robust support for technological innovation and customer service.
