Description of Nonwoven machine
PLA nonwoven fabric production line is used for the production of PLA nonwoven fabrics through the process of spinning, web forming, and thermal bonding. PLA is melted and extruded through a spinneret to create fibers that are laid down in a web formation. The web is then bonded through thermal calendering. The manufacturing facility can produce PLA spunbond nonwoven materials of diverse colors and characteristics, catering to multiple usage scenarios.
