We started in Nonwoven
machinery production line since 2003, during the years, we have
manufactured and set up more than 400 lines in the domestic and oversea
market. We keep improvement and development to provide turn key solution
for our customer.
This nonwoven production line is
using PP chips as raw material,the nonwoven fabric can become power and
disappear easily under the sunshine for two or three months. So it is eco
friendly.
The working process as follow
Polymer (polypropylene + recycling) - high temperature melt extrusion of large screw - Filter - metering pump (quantitative conveying) - spinning (drawing up and down the spinning entrance) - cooling - Air traction - screen forming - up and down pressure rollers (pre-reinforcement) - hot rolling (reinforcement) - winding - inverted distribution Cutting-Weighing Packaging-Storage of Finished Products
