Description of Nonwoven machine
We started in Nonwoven fabric machinery production since 2003, during
the years, we have manufactured and set up more than 400 lines in the
domestic and oversea market.
We delicated in supply the
turnkey solution in nonwoven fabric making machine. We keep making
improvement and development to provide turn key solution for our
customer.
The process as follow
Polymer
(polypropylene + recycling) - high temperature melt extrusion of large
screw - Filter - metering pump (quantitative conveying) - spinning
(drawing up and down the spinning entrance) - cooling - Air traction -
screen forming - up and down pressure rollers (pre-reinforcement) - hot
rolling (reinforcement) - winding - inverted distribution
