Yanpeng Nonwoven fabric production line
This single S nonwoven fabric production line is widely used for nonwoven bag making, has advantages of superior performance, beautiful color, and good quality.
After the polymer is extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament, the filament is laid into a net, which is then bonded by itself, by thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement to make the net into non-woven.
The process as follow
Polymer (polypropylene + recycling) - high temperature melt extrusion of large screw - Filter - metering pump (quantitative conveying) - spinning (drawing up and down the spinning entrance) - cooling - Air traction - screen forming - up and down pressure rollers (pre-reinforcement) - hot rolling (reinforcement) - winding - inverted distribution Cutting-Weighing Packaging-Storage of Finished Products
