SMMS nonwoven production line can also produce SS PP spunbond fabrics or SMMS PP spunmelt fabrics to adapt different product applications according to customers’ needs.


Specifications

Attention should be paid to issues related to the suction system (using negative pressure suction)

→Suction machine (accurate measurement and proportioning of various raw materials and additives when producing products with different properties and colors, and preliminary mixing of raw materials and additives) 

→Large screw (further mixing of raw materials, high-temperature melting of raw materials, converting solid particles into melt, pushing the melt forward and generating a certain pressure) 

→Melt filter (filters out impurities in the melt that are not conducive to spinning) 

→Metering pump (accurately metering the molten material passing through the pump and pushing it forward with a certain working pressure) 

→Spinning box (distributes the melt as evenly as possible across the entire width) 

→Spinning components (diffusion effect, filter screen, distribution plate, spinneret, distribution of melt, further filtration of melt, further distribution of melt, support of filter screen, extrusion of flowing melt into silk through spinneret) 

→Extraction of monomers (negative pressure extraction of small molecules that are not conducive to spinning) 

→Side blowing cooling (cooling and stretching of high-temperature fiber bundles) 

→Downdraft (stretch the fiber bundle to make it adhere to the mesh curtain) 

→Drawing channel (horn mouth, in which fibers are cooled and stretched) 

→Pre press hot roller (applies initial pressure to the fiber web to make it flat and seal the stretching channel)
