Description of Nonwoven machine
Our nonwoven fabric production line is used for the production of non woven fabrics through the process of PP melting, spinning, web forming, and thermal bonding. It primarily uses polypropylene (PP) as the main raw material, along with additives such as color masterbatch, antioxidants, anti-pilling agents, and flame retardants. The manufacturing facility can produce spunbond nonwoven materials of diverse colors and characteristics, catering to multiple usage scenarios.
SMMS nonwoven production line can also produce SS PP spunbond fabrics or SMMS PP spunmelt fabrics to adapt different product applications according to customers’ needs.
