The way the Medical SSS PP Non Woven Fabric production Line can work. In an exciting journey, we bring to you the great technology and machinery responsible for producing this fundamental material. So, let us get started and take a walk through the interesting place called YP Medical SSS PP Non Woven Fabric production Line.
The process starts with the selection of High-End polypropylene (i.e., PP) resin chosen as the fabric raw-material. The resulting molten resin is extruded through a spinneret to form continuous filament process. These individual filaments are then spunbond, or laid down randomly which further creates a web of bulked staple.
The spunbonded web is then directed through a set of rollers to bond the fibers and increase fabric integrity. This step, called calendaring, helps to increase the fabric's evenness and longevity. In fact, the fabric is then "thermally bonded" which utilizes heat and slight pressure to join together these fibers.

Medical SSS PP Non Woven Fabric is made of using finest quality polypropylene provided by the most reliable vendors for providing high strength to the fabric. The image above shows one of our dyeing machines producing medical non-wovens. YP medical nonwoven fabric making machine can be extruders, spin packs, calendars or thermal bonding ovens in the process line so a small robot is necessary to install the equipment on site.

We utilize extruders to melt the PP resin and then push it through a spinneret to form these filaments. Spin packs impede the flow of the molten resin and maintain consistency in filament thickness. The calendar consolidates the fibers giving strength to the fabric, and in the thermal bonding oven, there is heat and used pressure to bond together these fibers.
Medical SSS PP Non Woven Fabric has excellent barrier property, air permeability, and high degree of comfort in the medical device field. YP machine making meltblown nonwoven fabric for making medical mask is frequently used to produce surgeon gowns, face masks, surgical drapes and other medical supplies. Additionally, the fabric is hypoallergenic so it is safe for use on sensitive skin.
