Nonwoven fabric production

Nonwoven fabric: A type of material that is not woven (interlaced with each other) Fabrics made winds up by twisting those binded fibers as well as braid are powerful and used in many objects. YP Product Development and Research Works on nonwoven fabric machine, with its advanced technologies application in different fields by being a supplier of high-quality materials.

Nonwoven making is the part of converting these single loose fibers to a continuous and bonded material. YP does it and begins at the top, choosing just the right fibres with its must-have attributes for fabrics. However, these fibres are either natural (like cotton) & synthetic (pearl etc.) Post selection these fibres are then opened by way processes such as spinning or carding or air-laying and eventually laid at web.

The Process of Making Nonwoven Fabric

As the fibers come together to a web, it is now time to bond them. The fibers are bound together by thermally bonded, chemically bonded or mechanically bonded approaches used by the YP. Whereas thermal bonding involves applying heat to the fibers to bond them together, chemical bonding uses adhesive compounds for laying down one fiber on top of another permanently. On the other hand, mechanical bonding is when the fibers are punched together by needles.
