Nonwoven line

Nonwoven function fabrics are a kind of fabric not created with interlaced string. It is made by transforming raw materials into durable and practical fabric instead. This occurs on a nonwoven line, which is a set of machines that assist in the production of nonwoven fabric.

It begins with selecting the raw materials. These can be polyester, polypropylene, or other synthetic fiber materials. The raw materials are fed into a machine that liquifies them. The liquid is then spun and pulled into very thin strands and spread into a web-like form. Then the strands are bonded together with heat, pressure or chemicals to form a strong textile.

The latest advancements in nonwoven technology

Recent advances in YP nonwoven machine technology have greatly simplified the process of making the fabric in question, and improved speed. Nonwoven line machines are now equipped with high technology so they can turn out fabric so much faster than earlier. This allows for more nonwoven fabric to be produced in less time, helping companies meet demand for these growing nonwoven applications.
