Spunbond production line

There are different kinds of spunbond fabrics produced by production line production and spooling machines. The machine twists and binds fibers, creating strong, lasting materials. YP company makes use of a modern YP spunbond production line for producing different products.

YP spunbond production lines is a fully computerized control multi step process to make high quality fabrics. It starts with raw materials, such as polypropylene, as input to the machine. These materials are heated up and extruded through a spinneret to form long, thin strands. The strings are then cooled and bound together, creating a web of fabric. Then, the fabric gets rolled up for other work.

What is Spunbond Production Line? (Introduction)

A spunbond line consists of extruders, spinnerets, cooling chambers, bonding presses, and winding machines to produce spunbond nonwovens. The extruders melt the raw materials, and the spinnerets mold them into strings. They cool the strings in the cooling chambers and create fabric by compressing the strings in the bonding presses. Finished winding machines store the fabric, for storage and/or further processing.
