Meltblown nonwoven fabric production line

Needless to say, we use YP meltblown nonwoven fabric production line as part of our daily part of life, although we don’t realize them. Have you ever had a moment of reflection about how these fabrics are produced. Over the next 12 pages we’re going to go on an adventure together to discover meltblown nonwoven fabric.

Ever looked closely at a slice of fabric and noticed it lacks a weave like that of the clothes or bedsheets you’ve touched, That’s because it’s made of nonwoven fabric. A material like felt created by forcing a collection of fibers to stick together in 3D space to create a durable and long-lasting structure.

The Step-by-Step Process of Meltblown Nonwoven Fabric Manufacturing

YP has a special production line for creating meltblown nonwoven fabric machine. This fabric is different because it has been manufactured through a process known as meltblowing. That means we take plastic pellets and melt them and are able to draw them down into very fine fibers. These fibers get laid out on a conveyor belt, bonded together and rolled up to form a roll of fabric.

The first step in our production is preparing the materials. We start with plastic pellets and feed them into a machine called an extruder. The pellets are heated to high temperatures and forced through minute openings to create very fine fibers.
