This Double beam nonwoven production line is using polypropylene (PP) as raw material, the process as follow:
Polymer (polypropylene + recycling) - high temperature melt extrusion of large screw - Filter - metering pump (quantitative conveying) - spinning (drawing up and down the spinning entrance) - cooling - Air traction - screen forming - up and down pressure rollers (pre-reinforcement) - hot rolling (reinforcement) - winding - inverted distribution Cutting-Weighing Packaging-Storage of Finished Products
